Gomadrunk
Gomadrunk is a mountain located within the territory of Rind village in the Vayots Dzor region. Its summit stands at an elevation of 2,149 meters above sea level. The slopes of Gomadrunk are oriented to the south; the rugged mountainous terrain in the north gradually transitions into a hilly landscape toward the southern foothills.
Climate Conditions The area is dominated by a continental climate, with an average annual temperature of 13 °C. The average annual precipitation is 625 mm. The wettest month is May (averaging 84 mm of rain), while the driest is August (only 11 mm). These climatic features make the slopes of Gomadrunk a unique ecosystem typical of the high-altitude zones of Vayots Dzor.
